Wonderful Location Near Abbey Steps!

The location was perfect. It was right at the bottom of the abbey steps. Communication with the owners was excellent before and . The hotel had everything we needed. We appreciated the tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits provided.
I noticed a lot of foot traffic noise from the apartment above us. Every step could be heard, as the first floor apartment is directly above our room. It was ok, but I wish I had known.

The hotel is situated in a charming area with easy access to the abbey steps. Cafes, shops, and bars are all within a short walking distance. The location also provides amazing views of the town.

The location proved convenient. Close to attractions. Clear instructions from the host made check-in and check-out very simple. The bathroom was very spacious. Toiletries were thoughtfully provided. I would stay again.
The stairs to the upper floors WERE very narrow, which might present a challenge for some guests with heavy luggage.

the location was great. i found plenty of shops and restaurants really close. the room had all the amenities i needed. communication from the owners included how to get into the hotel.
the amount of noise from other guests was a slight issue.

the room was very clean and modern i loved that the owner was very kind and communication was great it made our stay so easy poppy cottage has lots of character and church street is in a perfect location you are right in the centre of everything
the pillows in the room were not comfortable they felt hard the bedding was good quality but the pillows did not match we went away for a rest and came away needing one
